Jean Kindermans returns to RSC Anderlecht
From 1 July 2026, Jean Kindermans will return to RSC Anderlecht to take charge of our youth academy. Jean is returning home after 2.5 seasons at Royal Antwerp FC.
Jean Kindermans will resume his role as Technical Director of the youth academy. He will be in charge of the sporting management of our youth teams, from the U8s through to the U18s.
Jean previously served as head of RSC Anderlecht’s youth academy between 2005 and 2023. Under his leadership, Neerpede developed into one of the best youth academies in Europe. The list of players who, thanks to their training at Anderlecht, broke into the first team and went on to build major international careers is particularly long. The international careers of absolute club icons such as Romelu Lukaku and Youri Tielemans, of world stars such as Jérémy Doku, and of the new generation of Red Devils such as Zeno Debast are a testament to the efforts of all the youth coaches and the work of the Academy under the leadership of Jean Kindermans.
