Paul Delrez, Wout Bru, and other top chefs step behind the stove at Lotto Park
Over the coming months, La Table du Chef will once again welcome a number of exceptional guests. Furthermore, the restaurant has been given a makeover.
Following Sir Kwinten’s takeover of Saint-Guidon , La Table du Chef is also bringing other top chefs to the helm. First there were Koen Somers and Jean-Philippe De Pessemier, now it is up to Thijs Vervloet, Paul Delrez and Wout Bru to make their debut.

On 31 October, against Westerlo, Thijs Vervloet, head chef at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Maison Colette, will kick things off. He is renowned for his refined Franco-Belgian cuisine, which showcases classic dishes, high-quality ingredients and rich, creamy sauces.
Ahead of the European match against RB Salzburg, Paul Delrez, a true Instagram sensation, will take charge of the kitchen. With his ‘Hot Regressive Cuisine’, he brings a modern and surprising twist to nostalgic dishes. The Brussels-based chef has also enjoyed great success on paper: his eponymous cookbook has become a bestseller.
Paul Delrez will be returning to Lotto Park for the match against Hoffenheim.
Curtis Maquet, from the restaurant Le Beau Rivage, will also be making an appearance. This promising young chef gained experience at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant La Table de Maxime and opened his own restaurant on the banks of the Meuse in 2024. Thanks to his refined and contemporary French cuisine, he was named ‘Revelation of the Year 2025’ by Gault&Millau.
Wout Bru will round off the year on a culinary note during the match against STVV on 27 December. This renowned Michelin-starred chef, known for his restaurant Le Sanglier des Ardennes in Durbuy, has built an impressive career in Belgium and France.
