RSC Anderlecht sign Cedric Hatenboer
The young midfielder will join us in the summer
RSC Anderlecht welcomes Cedric Hatenboer (19). The young Dutch midfielder will be ending the season with Excelsior Rotterdam, to join us as from this summer. Cedric signed a contract until 2029 and will wear the shirt number 8.
Cedric is a talented midfielder who started his youth formation at VOC Rotterdam and Excelsior Rotterdam. After that, he was picked up by the youth academies at Ajax, Feyenoord and Sparta Rotterdam.
In 2022, Cedric returned to Excelsior. There, he signed his first professional contract last summer and experienced his final breakthrough with the club from Rotterdam. He immediately made his debut in the first league game and went on to become a stronghold in midfield. The Rotterdammers are currently sitting second in the battle for promotion to the Eredivisie.
After 17 games in the Dutch second division and the cup, Cedric now makes the switch to RSC Anderlecht.
